Lowered cost of upgrading the computer room to continue campaign by half, this should make for less grinding and not punish newer players for trying lots of items before upgrading the base. Moved the "Back to Base" button from some loadout screens to prevent accidentally going back to the base. Fixed a bug where the player could pause the game on some menu screens, causing a potential crash issue. Thanks to everyone for the feedback so far!
