Early Access Patch Notes v1840 — Dropzone Steam update #109990

Time for patch notes! This week, rig base speed and HP scaling for all classes is getting rebalanced, and we're adjusting Fury's and Plutus' passive traits. We're also reducing the amount of healing per second Healing Dome deals. (As some of you commented in the past week, it was just too strong!) Update 1840 will deploy on Wednesday, March 29.
