A quick little patch to fix some small issues we've found, as well as tweaking 'Skills' a bit. Bugfixes: Fixed a bug which caused all characters to stop working. Fixed a bug in 'Contracts' which crashed the game. Changes: Different procedures now require the relevant skills in order to be executed. (In order for a nurse to perform scannings, she will now have to have the 'Radiography' skill in order to do so. She will not get the task otherwise. The same goes for doctors needing the 'Surgery' skill in order to execute surgeries.) This change will ultimately increase the success rate of procedures, thus increasing the patients opinion :] Thank you! - Illeris Team
