V1.06 update released! Sell items and view stars earned per chapter. — Shadowhand: RPG Card Game Steam update #1360605

Improvements: - You can now sell items back to the shop! Simply drag the item you want to sell over the shop area. You'll only get 10% of the full item price though because the main purpose of this is for people who want to tidy up their inventories. - Stars earned are shown above the chapter cards on the Select Chapter screen. Each mode (relaxed/normal/very hard) records stars earned separately. - Added confirmation dialog for when purchasing shop items. - Default.ini changed so that game will load in borderless window instead of full-screen on first play. Fixes: - Fixed Borderless Window on Mac to have no title bar and to hide app launcher bar. - Fixed desktop icon on Mac so that it's no longer the default Steam icon. - Fixed "I admit am" typo in Ch9 story.
