Optimization Overhaul (Focus) — System.Execute Steam update #1405057

Patches in the Optimization tab have been rebalanced and redesigned. Focus now accumulates 50x slower, and every patch costs significantly more. These are meant to be strategic decisions, not impulse buys. Choose carefully. Visually, locked patches stay dim until you can actually afford them — then they light up in their category color with a pulsing glow. Once active, patches hit harder visually too: brighter borders, glowing text, the works. Existing saves will have their Focus adjusted automatically.
