Hotfix: China / 中国 — Gremlins, Inc. Steam update #602922

Attention, players from China: The current version of the game connects you to Amsterdam or to Singapore server, whichever offers the lowest ping. We noticed, however, that for several players with low ping to Singapore their connection to Singapore is still unreliable: up to 50% of data packets are lost, so the game would not work properly. In this case, these players can get into a situation where you connect to Singapore, and cannot switch back to Amsterdam because the connection is too broken to do this; so we created a server hotfix for this.
