Patch v0.93.1011.11122 — Tiny Terraces Steam update #7156569

Hello there, fellow Tiny Terrace enjoyers! 🌿🌱🌞 Accidentally messed up this update, but should be good now, let me know if there are still scrolling issues and/or flickering on fullscreen/windowed modes, or much worse performance in either Fullscreen or Windowed. There was an infinite loop happening in the background which was trying to move the game to the same monitors over and over, which caused the UI to adjust internally, and lead to the performance drop in fullscreen and windowed(wasn't an issue at all in the side or bottom of the screen standard positions).
