Fixed issue with wrong workshop level completed count. Wrong level count should also fix an issue with achievements. Fixed issue with playing offline, where vote screen would lock up. Added an indicator to show when problems encountered while connecting to steam. Will lock out Editor and Workshop screens when this happens. Please report any issues. Thanks.
