Summary The second character content pack for From the Depths. This contains four characters: Sea Captain Diver Sailor 1 Sailor 2 Yes these are from the unity asset store and heavily modified to work within the FTD framework. Why use middleware? No one at BrilliantSkies is a fully fledged character modeller, the people that make these are. There isn't a point in reinventing a wheel badly. We just want players to be able to use interesting models on their ships and to change their avatar if they want to. And more importantly..... Once you own ONE of the character packs you can import your own. Documentation to follow soon. A few more goodies will get added to this package in the coming weeks. We'll be adding more models of different types in other packs so look out for those if these aren't your cup of tea. What can I do with this? Change the avatar from rambot to another character model. You can find this in the customisation "Z" UI under the avatar tab. This also applies in multiplayer. Place a special 'animation block' and select from any of your acquired or added models there. An animation can then be set that the character will use. Manipulate animation blocks with breadboard functions to get fine control over the animation or switch between different movements and presets. Purchasing a character DLC adds more animations to the animation block.
