The West Coast Main Line was built by many smaller companies during the birth of the railway era. Following the Grand Junction Railway’s arrival into historic Crewe from Warrington, the North Union Railway extended north, taking rails through Wigan and Preston. By 1846 a full connection all the way from London to Carlisle had been established. In Train Sim World, get to work across a busy section of 1980s West Coast Main Line on a variety of mixed-traffic trains.
