The Warhammer Skulls Festival is over for another year and we want to thank all our Warhammer Underworlds: Online alumni as well as all our new Shadespire Edition players that joined us for the event! Exalted Ladder Reset Many online battles were completed over the week, with a slate of new players climbing the rankings to exalted status! As Skulls '23 has ended, so the exalted masters have been toppled from their lofty thrones, with the removal of any inactive players. Those players that have not logged into the game since the start of the Skulls event are classed as inactive and are removed from the ladder, and had their rank reduced to 5 as per the usual season reset rules. This small update fixes some small outstanding card bugs and also introduces the ability to now flip fighter cards at any time during the match, so you can preview a fighter's inspired stats. Queue Notifications (BETA) We’re trialing a new notification feature that alerts you of online matches if you're in a bot match, challenge match or building decks in the deck builder! We’ve added a handy pop-up where you’ll be notified when another player enters into matchmaking! In settings there's a “Queue Notifications (BETA)” setting already enabled. If you don't want to use this feature make sure you disable it. Here’s how it will work: If you’re in a single player game then you’ll be given the option to join the queue, and you’ll only be removed from your current game if the match is found. You’ll then have the option to choose a deck before connecting. Unfortunately we won’t be able to save your single player game state. If you’re outside of a game, for instance building a deck, you’ll be told whenever a player enters matchmaking, and you’ll need to navigate to the “Play Online”…

Welcome to Warhammer Underworlds: Online's new single player Challenges. It's time to break the rules of the game and let your warbands run riot! The foes may seem familiar, but the rules and scenarios are very different. Complete Challenges, unlock new artwork and skins, and experience Warhammer Underworlds in a new way! The rules of the Challenges are pretty simple: Each warband has six Challenges each. When a Challenge is completed, players will unlock the next Challenge! All players have access to the first two Challenges for each warband, regardless of whether they have purchased the DLC. Should a player complete the second Challenge, they need to purchase that warband as DLC to unlock Challenges 3 to 6.
