• Fixed tower complete achievement - 1 June 2021

  Tower complete achievement was broken :o( It is now fixed :o) Following the addition of the Hard versions of the levels the logic for finishing the tower and awarding the achievement had become out dated.

• Fixed wrecking ball achievement - 24 May 2021

  It was no longer possible to get the wrecking ball achievement. The game has been updated to make it possible again.

• Reduced default quality settings - 13 May 2021

  Based on feedback we have reduced the default quality settings to not include volumetric lighting. Automatic configuring of quality didn't manage to correctly set quality on all hardware, potentially leaving it set on a high default. Reducing the default will hopefully help mitigate this issue.

• Fixed Chinese Language Bug - 17 April 2021

  Fixed an issue with the game not automatically switching to Chinese due to a mismatch between what the localisation system expected the language to be called and what the operating system reported. It should now work as expected. • Desert Island Theme Additions - 10 April 2021

  Hey there, demolitionists! With just under a week to go till release, ride the wave with us as we reveal some brand new background additions to our Desert Island theme! Keep it cool under the shade of our palm trees as the waves lap against the shore. Even the blue block is having fun! We’ve also added a starfish or two to try and distract you as the puzzles increase in difficulty! Also, curious seagulls are soaring through the levels trying to figure out how you can solve the puzzles. Wouldn’t you want to explore these islands too? • Work Begins on Desert Islands Theme! - 2 April 2021

  Gather round, explosives experts! With less than 2 weeks to go till release, we wanted to unveil our brand new theme that we are currently working on behind-the-scenes: Desert Islands! This theme will include a brand new land, ocean, shoreline and sky, with the potential for palm trees too! • Explosive Developer update! - 17 March 2021

  What a blast March has been so far! We’ve been working on some explosive developments since Blocksplode’s Demo debuted in Steam’s February Games Festival last month and have a lot of exciting news to share with you. The background graphics have now been reworked with a focus on changing the original floating islands! The background rock geometry and materials have been modified so they now match perfectly with the cleaner look of the blocks and pool area. We’ve added to the visual interest with the addition of rounded grass mounds, blocky trees, smaller rocks, grass tufts and flowers. • Blocksplode Demo Officially Closed - 22 February 2021

  Gather round, gamers! Blocksplode's Demo has now officially come to a close this 22nd February, but we're still celebrating!
