  After years of development we've finally released the full version of Mongrel. You can now fully explore the world of Yonder and fight the evil in all the four dungeons, along with tons of secrets. Mongrel takes you on a journey where you befriend various characters, and when you get a friend - they will move into your house rent free! We're a tiny team and we're very excited to see how the world reacts to our game. Enjoy!

• The Full Release is Approaching! - 17 April 2025

  Current Status All of the content is complete. Right now, we are focused on testing, fixing bugs, and adjusting the difficulty. Some testers have taken over six hours to finish the game, so this testing phase is taking time. But we’re getting closer. If you enjoyed the current version, you’ll have a lot to look forward to. What’s New with Existing Content We've made many changes to the current content. The Underworld has been reworked to better fit the overall flow of the game. We also created a new tutorial dungeon set in the Ash Hole, featuring a new story with the character Bonk. In addition, we've made a number of changes to the Overworld and Insholt, adding more activities and expanding the experience. When Will the Full Release Be? We’re aiming to release the game soon. • Massive Update Now Live! - 1 October 2023

  We've been working for a long time on this update. We thank everyone for your patience, but we saw it necessary to completely overhaul the damage system in the game. Because of this every enemy had to get fresh new code and the system needed a lot of testing and tuning. The talent system includes more than 50 different talents and we hope the gameplay will feel a lot more responsive and varied compared to the old build. The build features a lot of new characters with the usual masterful performances by our drunken friends. You can use your old save file, but your HP has been wiped clean as these can now be found when exploring the overworld. Revamped Underworld The Underworld is now split into 4 tiers. • Gigantic Update Coming - 30 May 2023

  We've made some content we're really proud of and that we are certain any Mongreliac will love! Explore Sky Mountain! The Sky Mountain is one of the 4 main dungeons in the game, and we are very proud of the story we've put together for this one. Bengelson the bird wrangler lives in Sky Mountain, but recently his birds have been unwranglable. It will be up to Finch to find a way to cleanse the mountain. Power up with talents! For every run in a dungeon, you will now gain experience and level up. The system is reset if you die, which makes every run unique. Power up your gun? Jump higher? Spawn less monsters? By finding the perfect build you may be able to delve deeper into the underworld than ever before! Find the truth about the Sire in the Deep! Who is the Sire in The Deep?
