• QOL Update - 23 August 2021

  Hello! This will probably be one of the final updates to Serpent Fusion, as I'll soon be busy with college and I've fixed most of the things I didn't like in previous updates. Thanks for playing and all the support! Changelog: - Improved aliasing issues with grid (especially in the map) - Added delay for movement when a level is started or finished - Fixed a bug with the volume and fx sliders where they would not load from saved settings

  Hello All, This is mainly a bugfix update. Achievements should work now (if you are missing an achievement because of a bug, doing any level should give it to you). I also fixed many other bugs and made some minor visual tweaks. • The Boomslang Update - 10 July 2020

  Hello All, I recently learned that the boomslang is a type of snake, and they look so cool that I had to name this update after them. To make the flow of the levels more logical, I added five more introductory levels and rearranged the order of the levels to provide a smoother difficulty curve. Then because of the new level ordering, I updated the map to make the intended completion path more clear. I couldn’t resist throwing in some harder puzzles too. Try them if you dare! Note that if you did the thanks or secret levels, they will be removed from your snake and placed in their new map positions because I completely changed them. Level changes Added new tutorial levels - The Test (level 4), Small Hallway (5), Slider (6), Chessboard (7), Antenna (8) Added new hard levels - Padlock (67), Do You Love Picross? (68), and ???. • Level Selector Update - 5 April 2020

  The player can now click on a level that they have already done to replay it. Removed unnecessary complications (especially in the early-game): Changed map to make the first level easier to start for the player Added "You sunk (Press Z to undo or R to restart)" text to tell the player when they die Stopped the snake head from going off the screen in the map Bug fixes: Fixed a bug where a gate locking a box directly in front of it could not be pushed in that direction (made level 53, Lode, impossible) Prevented the player from exiting the map while sunk I have tested this update, so hopefully there aren't any bugs. • Improved Initial Levels and Fixed some Bugs! - 15 January 2020

  I added some land to the top left corner of the map so you can experiment with the movement. The first three levels were also changed so that they teach you more and better allow you to experiment with the game mechanics. Note: In the Mac version, the camera in the map sometimes jitters when you move. The game may also not start. To fix the camera, quit and restart the game. To fix the game not starting, uninstall and reinstall the game. I am not sure why this happens, as these bugs don't seem to occur on Windows. Fixed these bugs: When a gate was right next to a wall the gate line went through the wall When one tile long, your sticky side was not visually consistent after undoing Boxes phased into other boxes when pushed by gates Crosses on gates disappeared after undoing You could push boxes even if you did not move You could phase into boxes if they were in gates Some levels could go…

• Fixed Levels 47 & 60 - 30 November 2019

  Levels 47 (Q-Beam) & 60 (Decoagulant) were previously unsolvable, but are now possible with today's patch. I know that there are still other bugs (the boxes may phase into each other when trapped in gates), but they should not affect the solutions for those levels. I am planning another patch next week to fix the bugs.
