- A little bit about the factions... - 12 September 2021
Some players might not yet be aware that there are a multitude of ways to build decks in DungeonTop. This is due to the lovely and somewhat complex cross intersection of your hero class (which determines your spells and skills) and your faction (which determines your minions). The green faction have strong units capable of evolving into fearsome beasts that can match the enemies in the dungeon itself. The red faction have fast agile and aggressive units which aren't necessarily the greatest defenders, but they sure do pack a punch! The black faction is as you guessed the most nuanced, having a delicate balance between self inflicted wounds and power. So that's a brief rundown. - Class distinction - 22 August 2021
Little is known about our protagonists beginnings, yet their play styles are very distinct! Here's a simply breakdown of the three classes currently available. The warrior is a powerful basic class that gets strong healing and survivability talents. Recommended for first-time players. The mage is an initially difficult class that relies more on spells than on minions. It is offered less minions in drops and has less health than the other classes. The rogue is a medium difficulty class that balances spells and minions. It has moderate health compared to the other classes. Stay tuned and soon we'll go over the various factions and which widen you opportunity to construct the ultimate deck!

With Spring (Autumn) in full effect, there's never been a better time to go delving into the Dungeon! Have you found the 4th Floor key? No spoilers here, but since it's Spring and everything needs a good clean, I thought I'd mention it. Let me know in the comments what you think of it, or maybe you haven't seen it yet and need a tidbit of help getting there? We've noticed less bugs being reported (is that a good thing?), so if you'e got any critters, just drop them in the forums! Happy spring cleaning!

Thanks to some sharp eyes from the community, the naughty and nice cards are now being saved in your deck again!
- v1.33 Seasons Mode - 23 December 2020
Merry Christmas! In Seasons Mode, at the end of a battle there is a chance to pick a Present or a Stolen card. Presents contain a random lower level card marked as Nice. Stolen Cards are higher level cards but they are marked as Naughty. Nice and Naughty cards perform a random effect when they are played. Enemies also play Naughty and Nice Cards. If you obtain enough Naughty or Nice cards you may even find Santa or the Krampus!
