• Updates for including Sky Garden DLC - 25 February 2021

  We're releasing a new DLC titled Sky Garden which you can purchase and download from Steam.

• Voice Over and Performance Update - 1 June 2020

  All the voice over for experiences have been updated. Voice level is normalised to a more pleasant level. The lake house experience has been updated to create a better frame rate performance. We've removed variety of objects that may have caused jittering on the screen. Hope you enjoy this update and make a better experience.

  Major update InstacalmVR 2.0 With this release we have reworked instacalmVR to host multiple experiences. In addition to the Lake house our guided relaxation escape to nature We now have our 4 step relaxation training program. Learning the steps of mindfulness of the breathe and diaphragmatic breathing, we develop this experience to basic visualisations in our four modules.
