• The Academy Update 1.02 in now in beta - 16 October 2020

  Hi guys! For the last few months, we got a lot of your feedback for both Steam and Mobile versions of the game. First of all, a big thank you to every single one of you who supported us over the last few months. We are a small team, and we've been working hard to bring you the best possible version of the game. Today we are releasing a bigger update with a lot of fixes and we need some help with testing it. The update is now in open beta, and you can test it by clicking right click on The Academy in the Steam library> Properties > Betas tab > access code is: betatester99 > select Open Beta branch from the dropdown menu. If you want to report the bug or just hang out with the rest of the community in a more casual manner, we are always available on our Discord. • The first week of The Academy - 25 June 2020

  Hello students! We wanted to give you a quick update on all the work that's been done on The Academy within its first week of release. We also wanted to say how sorry we are due to the technical difficulties some of you have reported, which prevented you from enjoying the game to its fullest. We're listening to each one of your suggestions and all of your feedback, and that will help us make the best possible version of this game.   Hello, Students, and Welcome to the Academy! As the school’s headmistress, it’s my honor to show you some of the features that await you as soon as you enroll. The Academy has always attracted the most curious of minds, so it comes as no surprise that you’re here now. Feel free to come in and take a look around!   This boarding school puzzle game called The Academy cites its inspirations as both Harry Potter and Professor Layton, the latter, I assume because of puzzles. The former because, yeah those three faces certainly have a familiar dynamic, don’t they?   Why hello there, future students! Since we're so close to the release date, we decided to show you the setting of your next puzzle-filled adventure. Stick around, the school tour is just about to start! We promise it will help make both navigating the school, and the wait till release day a bit easier. :) Academy Square The Academy Square holds a special place in the heart of all students not only because it's the first memory of the school for most, but also because of George's famous Cafe.
