- Multiplayer update 2.0 - 12 August 2021
Hello again! I know it's only been a few days since the last update, but I have exciting news! In this update you will finally be able to play the DLC map in multiplayer and with 60 players no less. There have been some other small fixes as well, like that stat system is now working correctly and there has been some changes to make the beginning of the main map a bit easier. All changes are listed down below. DLC map can now be selected in multiplayer the first part of the main map has been improved and made a bit easier 2 new achievements for winning in multiplayer Improved performance, water material should now be less expensive Stats are now working in game (again) That's all for now, cheers! - Just Arms Multiplayer Update - 10 August 2021
It's been a while since Just Arms got any updates, but today that changes. In this patch the multiplayer system has been completely reworked. The old one was buggy and did not work properly. Some obstacles weren't replicated correctly, which could break the game in multiplayer. Additional to multiplayer rework there has also been an engine update and server/client optimization. Thanks to the rewritten multiplayer code the game now supports up to 60 players per game! That's not all, see below for a complete list of fixes! I have some exciting news! The reception for Just Arms have been great so why stop there? There reason why it's been so quiet here is because there is a free DLC being worked on. That's right, 100% free content for everyone owning Just Arms. This new content will include a completely new map with 3 new biomes, new achievements and new skins. The estimated time of arrival of this DLC is not set yet but expect it to be soon. Here's a sneak peak of what's coming.

Long time no see. Things might have been a bit quiet around here, but there has been hard work behind the scenes. Here are some various fixes and changes. Additions The last section has been given some more atmosphere so that the players can feel that this is the final stretch. Changes The first windmill part has been changed drastically. This change was made because a majority of players got stuck on section and it felt a bit too hard overall. Fixes Fixed issues when physics would collide correctly when trying to ride the windmill. The delay of the boulder spawner in the forst section has been changed from 10s to 12s. The blending between the different biomes should now be less buggy and more smooth.

I would first like to thank everyone who has been playing and streaming Just Arms. It has been a real joy seeing so much frustration and the pure happiness of those who managed to get to the top. However, there has been some major issues that need to be corrected. Down below are some of the most important fixes and changes. Additions Added zoom out button. A lot of people had trouble seeing a head, which made it hard to predict or strategize their next move. A toggle zoom out has been added to correct this issue. Changes The player no longer collides with each other in multiplayer, this seemed to cause a lot of frustration and unexpected behavior from the player models. The part with the rolling rocks has been changed, it was far too unforgiving before and some rocks obscured the players view, this was not intended. I would like to start with an apology. It was meant for Just Arms to have a new update every weekend, but sadly that timeframe couldn't be kept and for that I am sorry. We live in a strange time with COVID-19 affecting us all. However, not everything is gloom and doom, for today we release the an update that makes Just Arms a complete game.
