The game core which is responsible for the visualization of the working area has been redesigned completely. Data buffering optimization has allowed reducing the use of RAM more than twice. The speed of switching between the colors has increased several times. The overall performance has improved. The saving mechanism has been changed. The saving mechanism was originally developed for the base game and worked perfectly well with the image sizes that are used in most CG games.   On June 5 (UPD: June 12) the last 2020 major update for CG2 is going to take place. Bonus levels in DE 15 new images are going to be added to the DLC (~3 mln. px). The bonus levels will be non-animated and will feature no achievements. 8K support Initially I didn’t expect much demand for the import of large images but, from now on, images in 8K UHD resolution (7680x4320, 33,177,600px.) are going to be supported as well. • Big Update 2.1 - 1 May 2020

  I’m delighted to announce a major update to the Coloring Game 2. The update concerns both the base game and the Deluxe Edition. The maximum number of colors in imported images has been increased to 99, and the color palette panel has been slightly modified. Besides, the full-screen mode for the Navigator panel has been added (HotKey - M). Together with the Hint mode it will enable you to better visualize uncolored pixels. Finally, the fullscreen mode button for the workspace has been introduced (HotKey - F). For the overlay to work correctly, I have increased the FPS to 20 (by default).
