  I recently started replaying Puzzle Island for funsies to satisfy my picross cravings. I noticed the rival theme stopped playing at some point so I fixed that. Thanks for playing my game! Fixed rival theme not playing in finale stages (likely introduced in 1.4, oops!) Rival theme now can be selected as a random song in mosaic mode. K1TSUDON INT -1.

  Today we have some updates to the final boss, including a bugfix that I think was maybe introduced in one of the 2.X updates. Hopefully this resolves the issue: Version 2.3 - December 20, 2022 Fixed issue with no items medal not unlocking during the final boss. Final boss HP down from six hearts to five. Added additional five seconds to attack phase.

  Khimera: Puzzle Island version 2.0 is now available! This new version fixes a few bugs and introduces a full Japanese translation by the wonderful Reallei, making it the first Suits & Sandals game to be available in a language other than English! Khimera: Puzzle Islandはバーション２.０に更新しました！不具合の修正他に、なんと！日本語も追加しました！これはSuits & Sandalsの初英語以外のリリースとなります！ Version 2.0: Japanese translation introduced. Changed 'Skip cutscene' message to use button icons instead of text. fixed sound and music sometimes crackling as the game attempts to play the song and then immediately lower the volume. Fixed item medals not appearing in credits statistics. fixed all gold medal times achievement not unlocking if you were under one second from missing gold on any of the puzzles. Some Canadian spellings removed. Swapped flashing effect when selecting puzzles to something easier on the eyes.

  A new version of Khimera: Puzzle Island has been released today bringing with it a host of changes and additions dedicated to improving the keyboard/game pad experience. Version 1.5 - March 23, 2021 Added functionality for EMPTY and NOTE buttons to close the achievement menu. Added option to adjust cursor speed in puzzles. Defaults for cursor speeds set to 25 and 5 from 30 and 6 for initial delay and subsequent delays respectively. Fixed not being able to select hints with keyboard/game pad when auto-hints are off.

  Version 1.3 has been released! This version features a new mechanic where the mouse cursor will affix itself to the x or y axis, allowing you to place markers in straight lines. If this kind of straight-edge lifestyle is absolutely not your style, you can disable this new mechanic in the settings menu.   Version 1.1 is now live featuring a few small fixes to the shop and some spelling errors. Big thanks to everyone on the discord who's been pointing things out to me! Version 1.1 - December 1, 2020 Fixed some typos.Fixed cursor vanishing on the right side of wide puzzles.Fixed shop not selling items if you had exactly enough cookies.Fixed pieces in shop displaying incorrectly as an empty marker instead of a note and vice versa.On boot, the game will now detect the largest possible resolution that will fit the display and default to that, rather than defaulting to 1x (if you've not already set a preference).
