Greetings, world leaders! We have amazing news for you today: Thanks to our work on the new sequel, Realpolitiks 3: Earth and Beyond, we have been able to incorporate some of the newly developed tools and technologies to Realpolitiks II, fixing a major issue that we have not been able to address before - the dreaded time-freeze bug. This will prevent any new occurrences of the bug, but if your game has already been affected by it, you may unfortunately have to load an earlier save or start a new game, as not every save file will be fixed. Besides squashing this major bug, we looked into minor rebalancing of AI and other small fixes as well. We will be looking for even more opportunities to use the tools and engine upgrades newly developed for Realpolitiks 3: Earth and Beyond to improve the original games as well.
