- Update 21.4 Alpha - 5 June 2026
The watering and fertilizing system for beds has been significantly improved. Now, bed drying occurs only over time and is not reset after harvesting any plant. Watering and fertilizing can be done independently. You can water and fertilize beds with a single resource or apply the maximum amount at once. There is no longer a need to fertilize the entire large bed before planting; this can be done gradually by adding the necessary amount of fertilizer for the planned number of plants. However, the entire bed still needs to be watered at once with the required amount of water to enable planting. Three very simple recipes have been added to simplify survival in the early stage of the game. CHANGELOG Improvements Added 3 very simple recipes to ease survival in the early stages of the game. Improved watering and fertilizing system for garden beds. Disabled ladder destruction in the swamp loc…
- Update 21.3 Alpha - 20 May 2026
Hey, engineers! This is the last update for version 21 of the game, unless a critical bug pops up of course. In this update, I decided to improve the water filtration, since clean water acquisition had been quite difficult, especially in the early stages of the game. Now water is filtered in a primitive construction with a plastic tank, which is crafted from the train construction menu under "miscellaneous". This is the first workstation created in the train construction menu and it is installed on walls. For filtration, coal, sand, and cloth are still required, but the amount of produced water has been increased. Before this update, there were 3 locations where the player could not gather sand, limiting water filtration opportunities unless the player stocked up. Sand heaps leftover from construction have been added to 2 of those 3 locations. Due to frequent complaints about the robot'…

- Update 21.0 Alpha - 9 May 2026
Hey, engineers! I’m happy to announce the release of the update dedicated to farming and cooking. But I must mention that behind these two themes lies a multitude of new mechanics, both big and small improvements. Well, let’s begin describing all the details of the update. At this stage, the game introduces the ability to grow 12 different plants, including vegetables, grains, lettuce, and mushrooms. All plants are grown by planting seeds. Seeds can only be found on shelves in local stores. A new elongated planter box for growing plants has been introduced into the game. The box names have been changed according to their dimensions. Information about the number of planting spots is added for better clarity before crafting a box. Now, to plant crops, you need to care for the soil in the farming boxes. Before the first planting, watering and fertilizing the soil with a certain amount of d…

- Open beta test of update 21.0 - 26 April 2026
Hey, drivers! I'm pleased to announce the start of testing for version 21 of the game. This update focuses on advanced farming. Since players will now be able to craft a large variety of dishes, a system has been implemented for a gradual reduction in provisions found while moving from one location to another. This solution will create a real necessity for farming and cooking. The main goal of the testing is to evaluate the balance of ingredients received for cooking alongside a simultaneous decrease in food supplies that players can find during looting of locations. All current innovations are detailed below. CHANGELOG Improvements Advanced farming system implemented. Walls and other interior elements now have shadowing effects that impact plant growth. Added a new larger farm storage box. Rainwater tank now allows filling with dirty water from plastic bottles for irrigation. Farm stor…
- Day of Toilet Zombie Heads. - 1 April 2026
Hello, engineers! Yes, this is a repeat of last year's event. Unfortunately, I haven't been able to coordinate events alongside developing the next update yet. Nevertheless, the game has gained many new players over the year, and it will be useful for them to participate in this important event. Therefore, I announce this one-day but very important event: Toilet Zombie Head Day. Destroy 30 toilet zombie heads and receive an incredible, useful, and rare item that can be crafted at one of the workbenches. The event will start at 12 am in your time zone. https://i.imgur.com/F2NAUhb.png
- Update 20.5 Alpha - 13 March 2026
Hey, engineers! I wasn’t planning to release any more updates dedicated to version 20, but a player reported a critical bug that required an urgent fix. Since I was already working on update 21 at the time of the bug report, some features had already been implemented in the game. This change concerns gathering sand and soil. Now, you only need to dig sand or soil in any location as long as these resources are simply beneath the player’s feet. Sand piles have been completely removed from the game. Soil is currently necessary for creating farmer’s boxes. CHANGELOG Improvements The sand gathering system has been changed. Now sand can be dug anywhere on the map where sand is present. The ability to gather soil has been added. Soil can also be gathered anywhere where there is soil beneath the player’s feet. Soil is now required for creating farming boxes. Fixed Bugs Fixed a bug where the bri…

- Update 20.0 Alpha - 19 February 2026
Hey, engineers! I’m excited to present update 20 dedicated to controller support. Initially, I thought it would be simple — just plug in and play, a 20-minute adventure. But the old control system turned out to be completely unsuitable for adaptation, so I had to redo it entirely. Since I had no experience playing 3D action and survival games with a controller, I started studying the configs of the most popular games in this genre — and how wrong I was about the simplicity of the setup. But I won’t bore you with details. In the end, a lot of work was done, and the controls were carefully refined to provide players with the best possible experience playing with controllers. Still, I’m sure we’ll improve some aspects after the official release when many players share their experiences and suggest better solutions for various control issues. Here are more details about this update. Current…

- Open Test of Game Version 20 - 4 February 2026
Hey, train engineers! I’m excited to announce the start of the open testing phase for version 20 of the game. Since this update focuses primarily on controller support, the testing will be especially interesting for players who, for one reason or another, prefer to play using controllers. During the closed testing period, most bugs and issues were fixed, so I welcome player suggestions on how to further improve the player’s interaction with controllers. Players may still encounter rare bugs that have not yet been discovered, so please report them. However, players who prefer to play with mouse and keyboard should not overlook this update. Since the entire control system has been completely redesigned, errors and issues may also occur with these input devices, so please report those as well. You can report bugs in the comments of this post or by emailing the game at: [email protected]…
