• Two of the best skating games are back on Steam after being mysteriously pulled from sale months ago - 28 May 2025

  Two very good skating games are back up for sale on Steam after disappearing for four months. Bright 'n' cheery skateboarding game OlliOlli World and dystopian rollerskate shooter Rollerdrome both vanished in a cloud of toxic corporate smoke in February this year, some time after the closure of the games' developers Roll7. But it looks like the poisonous fumes have finally cleared, and the games are once again available. Read more

  Rollerdrome, an all-new, wildly imaginative third-person shooter-skater, is now available on PC via Steam. • Rollerdrome Dev Videos on Comic-Book Inspired Art Style and Dystopian Soundtrack - 11 August 2022

  In eager anticipation of the approaching August 16 launch of this distinct single-player, third-person shooter, Private Division and Roll7 this week released two new dev videos for Rollerdrome. In “Characters & Comic Book Style of 2030” Character Artist Rachel Cox and Lead Artist Antoine Dekerle share insights on their work creating the various characters and world of Rollerdrome. Rachel Cox was responsible for all characters in the game but most importantly created the look of the main protagonist, Kara Hassan. Rachel explains her exploration process behind creating this serious newcomer to the brutal sport. Antoine Dekerle reveals how comics lead him throughout the creation of this dystopian world.
