I have been working on a 5-year anniversary update for Dr. Atominus. It's coming a bit late, but here is a sneak peak to the update and also some other important info.A lot of polishing and quality of life updatesThe update will include many small improvements to the game, like improved knockback, hard difficulty and remastered sound. There are also performance improvements and bug fixes.Along with the update, native Linux support will be coming to Steam. It already works well with proton, but native support has some advantages, like faster startup and easier to navigate game files.Saving system change and backwards compatibilityRecently Dr. Atominus became available for Playstation 4. A new efficient save system was added for this and it will be on the PC version too. Because of this, old save files will not be compatible with the updated game. That is why I'm telling about the update…

Dr. Atominus is now available in Portuguese thanks to LianaBlue. The game is now available in 8 languages! Dr. Atominus Version 2.3.0 Dr. Atominus was just updated! In this update, some graphics were improved and there were also some other small improvements. Improved some graphics The sprites / images of 2 bosses have been improved a little. First, the infamously ugly spider. Before: After: Also, the true last boss. But I’m not putting the image here because of spoilers. Other improvements In the settings, when changing the language, it will now always show the word "language" in English too, so the option is easier to find when accidentally changing the language The game engine and other software was updated. Thanks to that, the download size of the game is a little smaller. The file size never was large, but even a little helps people with not much free space. That’s all. I hope this update will improve the overall quality of the game. :)

Here is a little update for Dr. Atominus. Version 2.2.1! This is mostly bug fixes. These bugs were fixed: - Fixed player getting key when it wasn't supposed to get it - Disabled room restart button where it shouldn't be used - Fixed a bug that slowed down performance - Updated Finnish translation Also controller instructions were added. When playing with a controller, it shows for example, press "A", instead of press "Z".

Dr. Atominus version 2.2.0 Polish language was added. The translation was done by Kubson103. Also fixed bug where atom appeared inside wall in laboratory and removed some unused fonts and scripts (removing them makes the download size a little smaller).
