• Copy Update - 5 September 2023

  Copy Sound- and Key Commands from Other Chapters Since the stream update you could copy a whole chapter when you create a new one. But you were not able to copy selected sound or key commands. With the copy update you are now able to copy sound- and key commands from other chapters easily when you add a new sound- or key command. You can even copy multiple sound- or key commands simultaneously. Additionally: There was a bug where SpellCaster could crash when you change the input times after recording a key command. Changing the input times works now properly.

• Extreme Mode Update - 3 August 2022

  The new extreme mode simply works. Good for: Bad microphone stream quality. Bad microphone. Loud environment. No microphone fine tuning. Pros: Works even in the harshest environments. Only one setting, the percentage, is needed. Cons: The triggering time of key commands can vary slightly. Slightly higher CPU usage. Additionally: A few bugs got fixed. Windows 11 stability and performance got improved.

• Connected Commands - 25 June 2022

  Control improvement of the connection dialog Since the introduction of waiting times in update 2.0 the focus shifted from having long key commands containing all key presses to the connection dialog where you can easily combine short key commands to combos. The Connected Commands Update focuses on the connection dialog to make it easier to create and change combos. Test combos inside the connection dialog Since the first version of SpellCaster it was possible to test a key command while creating it. However, testing the combinations of key commands in the connection dialog was not possible. With the Connected Commands Update you are now able to test the combinations of key commands and waiting times in you game prior to start the training. • Update 2.0 - 31 March 2022

  Adjust input times SpellCaster presses the keyboard keys and mouse buttons in your key command exactly like you recorded them. However, sometimes you would like to change these times. Instead of re-recording the whole key command you can now alter the input times by simply clicking on them and typing in the correct times. Add waiting times In almost all games there is a downtime when you, for example, change the spell. When you connect multiple key commands, for example changing the spell and activating it, you are now able to add waiting times between the key commands. Multiple selection You are now able to select multiple sound and key commands as well as connections using the standard controls (like CTRL, SHIFT, HOME and END). • Hold and Repeat Update - 13 October 2021

  In previous versions of SpellCaster it was possible to execute only a single key command simultaneously. With the Hold and Repeat Update SpellCaster is now able to execute multiple key commands at the same time. Benefits: Hold Keys: SpellCaster is now able to hold keys/mouse buttons triggered with a hold key command and release it with a release key command. Repeat Key Command: SpellCaster is now able to repeat recorded key commands after a specific time until the release key command is triggered. Release Key Command: You can stop every key command with a connected sound command.

• Complex Commands Update - 18 April 2021

  Some people wonder why in SpellCaster the maximum length of a sound command is one second. They think that this way you can not use complex commands or even sentences. In fact, in SpellCaster it is possible to create complex commands. The main goal of SpellCaster was to be self-explainable. Unfortunately the connection dialog, which is responsible for creating sentences, lacked to be self-explanatory. That is why for the new complex commands update the connection dialog got redesigned completely. Now you see immediately which sentence leads to which key command(s). You can play back the whole sentence and check all the inputs that will be made when all the sound commands are triggered.

• Microphone Stream Quality Update - 6 March 2021

  Occasionally, especially after the first startup of SpellCaster, hearable and unhearable microphone stream disturbances influenced the detection of sound commands. The update 1.1.2 smoothes the microphone stream to cancel the disturbances. This leads to a better detection of sound commands over all gaming sessions. Additionally: New Feature: Copy Chapter When creating a new chapter you have the opportunity to copy it from an existing one. So you do not have to add your sound and key commands as well as your connections again. Slight Speed Increase The redesign of the streaming process leads also to a slight speed increase.

  Significant Increase In Learning Speed Due to the redesign of the AIs learning process the learning time has been reduced to less than a third. Significant Increase In Working Speed Due to the optimization of the run mode the working speed has been increased. Increase In Accuracy Due to the redesign of the AIs learning process the accuracy has been enhanced as well. Additionally - Increase in the quality of the microphone stream. - A few bugs were fixed.

  New Sensitivity Setting High background noises like the creaking of a chair might interfere with the detection accuracy of SpellCaster. This update introduces a new sensitivity setting to filter out these background noises. Full Automatic Settings There are only three settings in SpellCaster: the speed, the sensitivity and the minimum percentage to trigger a key command. However it can be time-consuming to adjust these three settings for every game. Now SpellCaster adjusts these settings for you. Push-To-Talk This is the fastest and most reliable mode.
