  AA3.3.1 Hotfix Changelist - Invulnerable AI were fixed. - Tweaked Auto-balance so that Steam Friends are properly grouped together when possible and players are far less likely to be switched back and forth frequently. - Potential fix for 14 players on a team after auto-balance fixes. • FBI licences Unreal Engine 3 - 28 March 2012

  Epic just notched up another big-name licensee for its Unreal Engine 3 tech, but this one's a little different - it's the FBI. The US intelligence agency is to use Epic's development toolkit in a simulator for its training academy. The announcement is part of a new deal with US sim developer Virtual Heroes, which sees it licensing its technology to various departments, agencies and units of "the US and allied governments" through the newly established Unreal Government Network. Other current UGN projects include training applications for army doctors, and custom model integrations and visualisations for a top five defense contractor. "We recognise the growing market needs of our government customers and are excited to have Virtual Heroes provide a full spectrum of focused services and support using our game engine technology," commented Epic boss Mike Capps. • America's Army 3.2 Released! - 12 December 2011

  Redstone Arsenal, AL (December 08, 2011) --The U.S. Army released America's Army 3.2, which introduces the M106 Fast Obscurant Grenade (FOG) into game-play. With its short fuse, the M106 has the ability to air-burst, so players must throw it immediately. This fast exploding grenade creates a cloud of smoke to cover players' actions, opening up many new strategies in the America's Army game. This release also marks the move of the game exclusively to the Steam platform for the distribution and authentication. Steam will allow AA users the ability to store up to 24 different Soldiers with unique names in the Steam Cloud and the ability to merge multiple AA3 accounts into one Steam account. It will also standardize the interface tools that are accessed via the client so all AA3 players will see same overlay and leaderboards. The development team has added the M106 smoke grenade into the game, providing players with a great new way to conceal their movements. The release notes below highlight the use of the new tactical device, as well as all of the new features, gameplay tweaks, weapon fixes and more. New Features ● A new inventory item!   Updates to America's Army 3 have been released. The updates will be applied automatically when your Steam client is restarted.
