• Update: Make your own TV Shows + new scenes, heads+ - 17 April 2023

  The normal version has been updated with about 15 new scenes + a gang of new heads + a few bodies + small improvements. Join our discord to get the latest news as we post dev update there daily/weekly. *The biggest part of this update is the inclusion of some tools to help you make your own custom TV Shows currently on the Testing branch. Check the following tutorial by our product manager Bob A. Merkintok on how to use the new tools and make your own Tv Shows- pull your dialogue in from 4chan at your own risk. If you want to see some footage from the built in TV shows check this. *To enable Tv Show mode open the console by holding SHIFT + press ESC- type "Show" when you see the ShowModeToggle click it and Submit- now when you enter Tv Mode it will play Tv Shows. See the tutorial posted above for more info and a detailed tutorial on how it works.

• Small Typewriter changes - 29 November 2022

  The Typewriter is pretty gud breh for making stupid raps and other easy/dumb dialogue animations- I fixed the formatting on the text files used to store the TypewriterData- they are now human readable/easy to edit if you want to edit them outside of NP There's two new buttons on the Typewriter menu- https://i.imgur.com/AXcXsgy.png The blue "Open file" buttons opens the location of the TypewriterData text file on your PC, you can edit/save it directly- The "Open file" button next to it allows you to load a TypewriterData file from your PC- for example- you sent it to your friend who modded it and sent it back to you etc If you want to get serious about editing these files GO HERE to get all the details

• Added BANK MAN + Autofocus - 28 November 2022

Also improved the 3d model import- NP should now successfully import new iClone/CC4 models to use as bodies and heads (Thanks Evan) I have a ton of new scenes I have to add some time as well. Anyway- make some weird shit- or not- whatever maaaaaaaan.

• Testing branch seems ok so its the default release now - 26 August 2022

  I've been using the testing branch for some weeks now as have others with no reports of major errors so its the default version now. I've been testing it making a bunch of music videos like this and it seems ok maaaaaan

• You can skip channels in Nightmare Tv Mode now - 3 July 2022

  https://i.imgur.com/iD5dc3Q.png While watching Nightmare TV( the TV on the right side of the main menu) you can now "change the channel" by pressing SPACEBAR when Nightmare TV is playing. *If you change the channel too many times too fast your PC could explode to be patient with it * Nightmare TV mode will enable "LensEffects" now

• Fixed bug/crash from last update + troubleshooting tips - 2 July 2022

  Last update introduced a bug that would crash NP on the main menu- sorry about that- Fixed that bug and changed all other parts of the code that were susceptible to the same bug- In the future if you're getting crashes, you can go to the other settings menu and press the "Delete saved data and quit" button on the bottom right https://i.imgur.com/KoLBRJw.jpeg Then try launching NP again- If that doesn't fix the issue press the "Show Player Log" button Copy the "Player" file and send it to me/post somewhere I can access in one of these places The bug report channel on our Discord On the NP Steam discussions page Post it as an issue on our Github page(requires free Github account)

• Added new scene + dolphins and nukes + more - 29 June 2022

  Added a new scene by request from Jolsh---> "Passing Me By". Its a city street scene where a constant crowd of people walks past the actor. Added scene fog that you can toggle off and on in the scene settings(3rd page) Added some spawnable random things- use the Console(SHIFT + ESC) to access them. Type "add" to see most all of the options including dolphins, crows, pigeons, hummingbirds, butterflies, vultures, seagulls, and raining money. Type "Nuke" in the console and you'll find DropNuke- enter a number for the counting time like this "DropNuke 5" then press enter etc- 5 seconds will pass than a nuke will explode. The nuke will set fire to any rando's in the scene.

• Added Actor2 auto follow + fixed bug - 25 June 2022

  Fixed a bug where when you switched bodies in the actor editor the idle animation would play making if difficult to edit things. Now the actors are frozen at all times in the actor editor. Added an Actor2 Follow Actor1 option- with this checked actor2 will follow actor1 and stop in a random place close to actor1. If its not working for you try unchecking "Buddy random walk" in the scene options. Video showing that stuff.

  Back from vacation and added the ability to use a custom pre-scene video(Steam user request) If you want to do that- click Other Settings on the main menu https://i.imgur.com/faCLaIT.jpg Then click the file button here to add your video(.mp4) file https://i.imgur.com/MruBKtX.jpg Right now it only supports .mp4 video files- I'll expand that to other formats in the next update- If you want to go back to using the default NP pre-scene countdown click the red X to the right of the file button- I also added the mosh pit from the Thrasher scene to the level editor objects so you can drop mosh pits where ever you'd like.

• Added Maarb Laarb (Mad Lib Twitch Toy) + 3d model importing is back - 3 May 2022

  What the f?! Maard Laarb?! What is that? Its this More Maaarb laaarb info here I reworked the .fbx 3d model import and tested it with models from Daz, iClone, MakeHuman, and Mixamo- other humanoid models should work when you use our RigDefiner script for Unity here Please let me know of any new bugs you find here on Steam or on our discord Make everything stranger.
