  Good morning Innkeepers! Today’s patch brings a new system to handle networking desyncs, some great quality of life improvements that we’ve received feedback on and seen come up in streams, and an impactful tweak to the difficulty of the early game. Networking Improvements Item desync detection and rollback A new system detects and corrects item desyncs between host and clients that could happen in rare circumstances when throwing items and using tables at the same time. Quality of Life improvements Improved player movement when sprinting Slide time when changing directions when sprinting is reduced from 0.25 seconds to 0.05 seconds. Feedback received from players was that the slide when turning between directions too sharply was too punishing and gave the game a feeling of being too floaty.
