• PS4 Controller Support Update - 5 December 2020

  If you are using a PS4 controller to play Soarocity it is recommended that you use the PS4 DS4 configuration. Controller configuration can be changed by pulling up Soarocity in the Steam library and clicking on the gear on the right hand side of the screen and then choosing manage controllers. You can also put this in your web browser: steam://controllerconfig/1384010/2297794960. Please note that because of the way Steam works with PS4 controllers you cannot customize the buttons by holding down the 'alt' key while launching Soarocity, but you can customize the buttons in the manage controller screen. The latest update fixes an issue where using the keyboard of PS4 controller to play the game results in decreased responsiveness when moving the D.A.V.E. around.

• Demo Update - 5 December 2020

  I have streamlined the demo from that which was released during the autumn games festival. This new demo is much more condensed as on average people were not playing the autumn games festival demo for very long. This allows for a much smaller download size. I have also fixed some control issues which caused some unresponsiveness when using a keyboard or ps4 controller. If this inconveniences anyone send me an e-mail at [email protected] and I can send you a link to allow you to download the original demo.
