• End of early access - New beta available! - 5 September 2022

  Hey everyone This week I'll be releasing the first non-early access version of Overlay Studio. In the past few months, I've worked on this version whenever time permitted. It's definitely been a long time coming, but I have to say that I'm quite happy with how it turned out. You can already try out the latest version by opting into the beta. To do this, go to your steam library. Right click on overlay studio and select properties. Once the properties window opens, navigate to betas in the sidebar. Select the option "beta - beta branch" and use the beta access code betabranchsecret to gain access. Steam should now start installing the latest beta version. The change that you will notice first is the new UI. One of my main gripes with the old one was that the styling was all over the place.   Added hotkey support! You can now use hotkeys for: Hiding/showing all overlays (Ctrl+Shift+F2) Enabling/disabling editor mode (Ctrl+Shift+F3) The default key combinations can be changed in the settings.

  Hey Everyone! I received a lot of feedback about making Overlay Studio resizable, so now it is! If you see any UI elements acting weird at larger sizes, feel free to post a screenshot in the Discord! Changes: Made the Overlay Studio UI resizable Fixed an issue where Overlay Studio UI didn't always startup with the correct size.

• Overlay Studio is now available! - 1 March 2022

  Overlay Studio is now officially released on Steam! A huge thanks to everyone who participated in the beta and sent feedback! As you might already know, this release is only the beginning of what is to come. We have many plans for cool new features such as an overlay editor & scripting support.   The Overlay Studio beta is here! You can sign up by joining our discord (https://discord.gg/GmXZ8RfQ4N) and dropping a message in the 'beta-request' channel! Once you're in, feel free to create your own overlays, upload them to the workshop, and just in general play around with all features. All feedback (both positive & negative) is welcome and can be given via our discord :) (Note: it can take up to 16 hours to receive your key after posting your message in discord)
