• New Balancing Patch - 13 September 2022

  Greetings fellow spaaaace chefs! Today we release another patch with a plate full of fixes and improvements. What you’ll find on the menu: Cryotube now allows the player to save unlocked planets, as well as restart a session: You can buy any (affordable) planet and freely visit them after death, reset or restart. Unlocked and saved planets will no longer provide any quests or require traveling fees as well as imposed prestige requirements. Second Chances amount is set to unlimited, so the player would be able to buy as many as desired, a new counter indicates the current number. Quest generation and distribution improved. You can now carry multiple buns at once. Updated the Tutorial according to the changes. Fixed various input related issues. Updated localization and Credits. Enjoy your meal!   Attention all intergalactic Chefs! As you hopefully already have seen we released an update just right before the weekend - with plenty of bugfixes and quality-of-life improvements so you can murdercook aliens more comfortably than ever before! The biggest change from this update is 4 individual save slots so you can keep your criminal deeds separate from those of your family and friends! Along with that: Better telegraphing for when the game is saving as well as a bunch of squashed bugs that were impacting your cooking efficiency! It addresses the following and more: Fixed bugs in quests related to sauces Fixed cases where quests related to customer service were not counting Clarified text formulations of some quests Situations in which, after purchasing all the upgrades, some quests could become impassable Removed and simplified some particularly tedious quests Fixed work of sauce "Toxin"

• New Hotfix just went live - 13 May 2022

  Heyho everyone, we just released a small hotfix to tackle 2 of the most pressing issues you were facing: Not detecting the gamepad and the annoying "corrupted savegame issue"! This is only one step further on our list and we are already working on the next one: Broken Quests. Have a great day and get some healthy burgers into your system! Changelog: Fixed: Issue where the game wasn't able to properly detect gamepads as input Fixed: Issue where savegames could get corrupted due to unforseen game exit and the game was no longer playable. The solution now provides a fallback in combination with the save game history and a detection system to provide new savegames to the player to make the game accessible again.   Heyho, Kitchen Chefs! It has been an extreme first 2 weeks after Godlike Burger hit the Stores and we are so glad that seemingly you enjoy what we had to deliver! We have been reading your posts in the forum and our discord meticulously and even though we were not able to answer to everyone individually, we are doing our best to keep you up to date with everything surrounding the game and the few issues you faced after release. Some of you might already know, but roughly 2 months ago half of the dev team was located in ukraine - you probably can imagine what that means and we agreed among ourselves not to bring this topic up in our public communication prior to release.
