First tested via our Open Beta feature in January, all new features are now being implemented on Xbox, PlayStation, and Nintendo Switch. What was added? Randomized Starting Troup When starting a new game, a player's troupe will be composed randomly within predefined criteria, both in the tutorial and other modes. Artist’s Stress Effect Once every encounter is finished and based on its outcome one of the performing artists has the chance to receive the ‘Stressed’ effect. ‘Stress’ makes the artist unable to participate in the show until the effect is removed. ‘Stress’ is removed from the artist once 1 encounter is completed. Salute Ringmasters! Today we have a decent piece of news for you, regarding the controls and UI in our game. Along with this patch, we’re adding full pad controller support into the PC version of The Amazing American Circus. It means if you’ll ever want to experience the good ol’ circus adventure using your favorite controller, then the opportunity just arose! Additionally, while switching from keyboard to pad, the whole in-game interface will change and reflect the ‘console’ approach. So, from now on, whatever you choose, be it keyboard and mouse or pad/controller, you’ll meet no obstacles while managing your camp, because the support of Unity Universal Controller is on the flight. Dear Friends! One week ago the Circus finally came to town! Since that time, we have received some nice reviews & scores (around 30 now with a median of 7 out of 10!!!). By the time Henry Ford rolled up to see my show, I was ready to pack my trunk and say goodbye to the circus. I’d been ready a long time ago, truth be told, some time between inciting industrial action amongst JP Morgan’s workers and nabbing an automaton from Tesla. My troupe spread delight wherever we roamed, but the crowds weren’t to know we’d been plying the same tricks for hour after hour - nor that it had hardly taken one to hone my act to the point where failure was inconceivable. Every meagre juggling trick brought whoops from the crowd and impatience to my heart. With every high-wire act, my spirit sank lower still. There’s no turn around coming, I’m afraid.
