• Launch Updates & Beyond - 15 November 2020

  Hello! Joshua Linscott here, the one man show behind the scenes of Pleiades with a post-launch update. Launch has gone well with just a few minor bugs that slipped past testing. These few minor bugs have been addressed and patched over several small updates. I have also made minor additional cosmetic and experience enhancing updates at the same time. I am fully dedicated to putting more polish on this game every time I sit down to author an update. If you have any suggestions or find any additional bugs please don't hesitate to reach out to me. • Known Issues Solved - 11 November 2020

  Hey there Joshua Linscott (the one man show) with an update here early this morning on launch day! I've been up all night observing some live streamers playing the game and caught a glitch that was not caught in last minute testing due to a file path error. After some investigation I found the root of the issue that involved video files for TVs in the game not being packaged with the game. The issue resulted in any TV turned on in the game to display a white screen and no content. This was not good, as there is some vital information to your quest as well as some great story expanding content on the TVs in the game. I have remedied the issue and made the updates live and all is well in the world of Pleiades again! • KNOWN ISSUE - 11 November 2020

  There is a issue that has just been discovered regarding TV's producing a blank white screen in the game. Unfortunately this issue was not displaying itself and not discovered during beta testing. The causation is under investigation and will be patched ASAP. This is not a game breaking glitch but there is one vital piece of information you need on one of the TV's and that is an access code for the R&D Department on one of the levels. If you are experiencing the issue with the TVs and wish to proceed in the game the code for the R&D door is 3141. Again, I will be doing more research into this glitch and fixing it ASAP as well as adding a backup paper in-game to find the code on in case there are future issues with the TVs. • Pleiades Release Date! - 5 November 2020

  I am very excited to announce that Pleiades - A Subversion Saga Game, will be releasing ahead of schedule at 11:00AM PST on 11/11/2020! A release date of 11/22/2020 was the initial plan but due to several conditions it will be releasing 11 days earlier! One reason for the early release is that Steam is not able to accommodate releases on a weekend and the 22nd falls on a Sunday. Another reason is that I am simply very excited to get this game out there and in the hands of gamers to experience! Last minute testing has gone well and I think I have gotten the game into a very stable and bug-free state for everyone to enjoy at launch. As the most indie developer you can get, just one man, I have worked very hard to bring this title to market and am so excited to share it with the world!
