• Fixed the ending slideshow - 30 December 2022

  In previous versions, the ending would stall on the first frame of the slideshow, thus preventing the game to proceed to credits and to grant the Hero achievement. This should be fixed and the game can be completed once again.

• New attempt at fixing a bug that could occur when players talked to Librarians - 29 December 2022

  Lets hope the third time's the charm with this new attempt at fixing the dreaded bug that sometimes occurred when players talked to Librarians. The camera focus should always be back on the avatar.

• Librarian Rescue Bug fix attempt #2 and added prompt to talk to saved Librarians - 30 May 2021

  Evidence that the last attempt to solve the Librarian rescue bug had not been sufficient, another script was altered to prevent the issue. Also a graphic prompting the player to press a button to talk to saved Librarians in the Nexus has been added when approaching them.

• Librarian rescue bug failsafe fix. - 14 May 2021

  For reasons unknown some users have lost control of the Agent and the camera when talking to Librarians, this updates should prevent this loss of control from happening.

• Monkey bug fixes. - 10 May 2021

  Monkey bugs have been fixed, most notably an issue where monkeys that had tried a melee attack that did not hit the avatar would then walk in place if the avatar had gotten out of detection range before the attack was done, only to teleport themselves to their destination once the avatar got closer.

• Typewriter monkeys can now be yanked immediately after being spawned. - 7 May 2021

  Monkeys that are spawned by a typewriter would not move from their spawn point when a player attempted to yank them immediately after they appear, the monkey would only fall down on the same spot until they had moved from it in another way. Those monkeys can now be pulled away from their spawn point without delay.

• Puzzle book bug fixes. - 27 April 2021

  Some issues involving the puzzle books (the small books that have to be carried to open doors blocked by small bookshelves) have been solved. It is no longer possible to use the puzzle books as flying platforms. When dropped through a wall over an infinite chasm the puzzle book will now fly back to the last safe zone visited by the player. Puzzle books no longer send raycasts every update (small performance optimization).

• Bug fix for the "Replay!" Achievement. - 9 April 2021

  The last chievement was unachievable and can now be obtained once again.

• Dialog added to the end cinematic. - 5 April 2021

  The end cinematic that relied entirely on body language has been enhanced wit the addition of a cartoon image and dialog text to better explain the situation.

• Fixed occluder issues in Zenith and Core, more controllers recognized at once. - 17 February 2021

  Fixed visual bugs and a quality of life issue: There was a room in the Zenith where the walls would turn transparent when viewed from a certain angle and three doors in the Core where the next room was invisible until crossing the threshold, those issues have been fixed. Players with multiple controllers connected should now be able to use any of the first 8 they have without having to disconnect it and reconnecting it in the first port.

• Can no longer target objects behind the camera. - 23 January 2021

  A bug where it was possible to hook on to objects behind the camera has been fixed. The first prompt suggesting that the player look at the progession screen now occurs right after Dewey asks for help rather than after a set amount of time since the level loaded. During the expository cinematic when entering the Nexus for the first time, Dewey now specifically says to go the Archives of the Dream Wing to start the mission, rather than simply to go to the Dream Wing.

• A bug where the game would freeze upon death of the Agent has been fixed. - 6 January 2021

  Corrects a bug that had appeared following a recent update. The game should no longer freeze when the Agent dies.

• New error sounds and a louder error sound. - 4 January 2021

  Negative feedback sounds have been added and another has been made louder: Bringing the wrong book to a small bookcase now makes an error sound. If you find yourself in a situation where the Agent is falling for too long and she is teleported to a safe space there is now also an error sound. The error sound for attempting to move a stack of two cubes on rails without the required strength is now louder.

• First update of 2021 - 2 January 2021

  In this update controller bugs were solved, anchor points were added and missing music was restored. Game now goes on pause when a controller is disconnected. Game can be played even if no controller was connected when it was launched. Some puzzles that could be broken by movable cube placements have had anchor points added. A bug where music was missing when going back to the main menu and changing the language has been fixed. New tutorial pannel for basic controls.
