It's been far too long since our last update, and I want to start by thanking each and every one of you for your patience and continued support. I know it's been a while, but I've been working tirelessly behind the scenes to bring you an even better Corpse Mansion experience. Hello, everyone. This is one of our major updates, with more achievements, more content, and more bug fixes. We apologise for the delayed update. You have no idea how hard and frustrating it was for my team to implement gas mask versions of ALL of Cole's weapon animations in the game. Thankfully, I managed to programme a plugin that makes it work. You will now be able to obtain the new special item, the gas mask, to help you traverse the irradiated streets of Hell City. In addition to being required to further the main quest line, the gas mask will also be a tool to get to other hidden areas that will later be added to the game. As to where we are in the storyline, because there have been a lot of people very eager to continue on with the story. Which is fine. Hey everyone. I have held back on this update for a week now because I just did not think it was worth enough to push a regular update. We're supposed to add more new chapter content to the game for this update, but unfortunately, due to unforeseen events, we had to fix many bugs to protect the integrity of the game. Updates Added Compass to the game to help with direction for players. (Only for Main Missions) Adjusted brightness to be lighter for all times of day while keeping time system tinting active but the player can still see at the dead of night. Restructured weapon database to make room for the new ones coming for Early Access. Adjusted mob drop rates to make weapons harder to obtain this way. Added more types of vehicles you can search. Now you can search any vehicle that has a trunk that you can get too. (Trucks, Buses and Army Trucks are excluded from this). Bug Fixes Fixed a graphical loading name error for one of the doctor zombies. Fixed when you use a stamina shot it would make you wait a second before continuing to play. Fixed art alignment issue with a male civilian zombie.

We have a special announcement to make. We have decided to add even more types of guns to the game just for our early accessors - pixel art done by team member Lucas Kich (look forward to it in another update.) The following guns will be added in the next update: Desert Eagle, Uzi, and Ranger .357 along with new items to find. Updates Added new locations to the game. As promised added ambulance and police SUV functionality for searching the trunks. Graphics were done by team members Lucas Kich & Matthew Ashworth. Changed Max Stack to 1 for all Gun Parts and Upgrades in the game. Plugin created by Lead Developer Justin Lamarche. Bug Fixes Fixed a bug where you couldn't pick up a female citizen zombies soda pop. Fixed a bug in the prologue where when the player decides to walk ahead without talking to Elena face to face it would let you pass without completing her tasks first.

Updates Added icon pictures into database for ALL gun parts. Added more car trunks to search on Highway 20. Cars are only searchable by their trunks; if you can't reach the trunk, you can't check a car for items. Some vehicles are still missing, like the police SUV or the ambulance. (Coming soon, another update.) Changed a lot of dialogue issues and even rewrote a lot of the introduction to the game. Changed controller functionality L3 now uses currently equipped item. Reload weapon is now L2 and Use/fire weapon remains R2. L1 and R1 will now cycle-equip through the hotkey bar in their respective directions. Items will equip into the item box while weapons will equip into the equip box. Bug Fixes Fixed a bug where enemies would break when transferring to a new map! Fixed a bug when a plant respawns it calls a file that doesn't exist causing the game to crash!

Updates Added Max Gun Part Slots functionality for weapons. Added functionality to show durability in the gun slot scene. Added functionality for custom sound effect for gun parts when attaching them to weapons. Bug Fixes Fixed a bug when zombies all respawn together, they all make spawn sound effect at the same time causing distortion. Fixed a bug when a weapons upgrades are too powerful they became impossible to repair. Now the minimum/most expensive you can get is 1:1 ratio for Aluminum per durability point.
