• Tiny bug fixing - 22 January 2023

  -Finally fixed the weird smoking room bug! Now you can't go back in after you've already completed that area. It took forever to figure out what was Causing it but we got there in the end. -fixed the library glitch that brought Ida back when she isn't supposed to be there. was only activated after meeting Lacey. should be fine now. -Anna shouldn't accidently re-do her "lets watch a movie" scene if you come back to her with only the wine bottle or glasses, and she'll now react if you bring her Just a bottle n no wine glasses. Let me know if y'all find anything else game breaking or annoying. I know there's probs afew I've missed so don't hesitate to hollar at me!

• "Safe mode" Update! - 13 October 2022

  "Safe Mode" is now available, kneecapping all the monster encounters to be alot less deadly. Death is still possible if you REALLY want to, but it's harder to die. This should help with anyone who either wants an easier second or third playthrough while hunting for secrets or other endings, or just anyone who's here more for the story and characters than the spooks. Other changes: -Made the wine cellar and beartrap hallway more reasonable -Fixed some weird collision bugs -Fixed afew minor item bugs -fixed atleast one (1) typo

• Halloween Update! - 25 October 2021

  After months of work and two straight days of crunching until four in the morning, it's finally here! The update straight from the cutting room floor, putting two once cut ghosts back into the game and adding in a whole new area to explore! There's also plenty of new dialogue with some ghosts you already know, and extra secrets to find. This Update took so long I ended up losing track of alot of the specifics, so I don't have any Nice, Clean, Official patch notes for you all. Just a pretty unprofessional looking little list. -Donna and Anna were given more dialogue, and some of their old dialogue got minor rewrites -There's some new cutscene art for certain deaths -The mansion has had some minor graphical and architectural changes to make it more easy to navigate. -Joanna's puzzle got an update with some more clues to help with your detective work -There are two new hidden, optional gho…

• Lots of little fixes - 22 May 2021

  -Fixed afew more rooms "parallax goes at warp speed" issues. not sure if I've found them all. -fixed game breaking bug involving Joanna and Madeline's quest and the notebook -fixed soft lock that happens by re-entering the room behind the room with the teddy bear in it -made the best ending slightly harder to get -made dying in the finale less of a pain so you don't have to sit through a very very long cutscene Again -made the Eloise encounter have a lower probability of happening since that was supposed to be just a bonus easter egg but alot of people are finding her so whoops -hid dressing room since it's not useable yet
