- Boxing Update and new Achievements - 22 August 2021
In this update I have totally recreated boxing system. Now it's much more interactive. During boxing, pillow will appear in front of you, and you need to hit it. After each hit it will disappear and appear in different place. Forcing you to adjust your next punch. Additionally there are 11 new achievements to unlock: - 10, 20, 30 or 40 pushups in 1 go - 30, 50, 100, or 200 crunches in 1 go. - 50, 100 or 200 squats in 1 go.
- Update - 3 February 2021
New feature: You can switch to previous tier, and go back. So you can play any levels from tiers that you already completed. Playing levels from previous tiers gives you XP like you will be on that lower tier. Bug fixed: There was bug that was blocking you from selecting 3rd unlocked controller model. It's fixed now.
- Trainer Sara - 20 January 2021
Today, trainer Sara has officially joined Conrun Virtual Gym. From now on she is here to support and guide you to get in your best shape. Most of you already heard her voice before, but now you can see her in game. Sara is happy, cheerful and positive. She will do her best to encourage you to do more pushups, crunches and squats every single day. Sara may not be very strong herself, but she never lose hope. And you can always count on her. She never give up on people. Sara is great trainer and friend a friend would like to have.
