• Serena's new adventures await in Oasis of Lilies! - 2 June 2026

  The protagonist of Succubus Research Diary, Serena, will be a major character in the fifth Arcus Plume game, Oasis of Lilies! The daring explorer has left the dangers of the Underground behind for now, and has a steady job in a mysterious members-only club for fine gentlewomen. There, she will meet the new game's protagonist, Ayame, a cute but bold university student who is intent on gathering a harem of women around her...Of course, regardless of Ayame's plans, Serena can hardly keep her hands to herself when a lovely young woman is within her reach.The Oasis of Lilies will be released later this year, probably in September or October. • Eleanor's Handmaid announced! - 26 May 2023

  The fourth game by Arcus Plume is a light-hearted visual novel about a young noblewoman and her handmaid who are starting to take an interest in adult stuff. It is a story about close but platonic relationships turning into physical ones. It is also a story about... well, all right... everyone being horny all the time. Who would have guessed? Although Eleanor's Handmaid is not a direct sequel to Succubus Research Diary, the two games have some connections. Julie D'Faerwyn, the mother of the new game's protagonist, made a brief but passionate appearance in the Serena's Services story arc of Succubus Research Diary (updates 1.4 and 1.5). It's not only the final update but also easily the biggest one. With a word count of over 11000 words, it's approximately as big as the two previous updates combined! • Trading Cards & Update News - 4 March 2022

  Trading cards Succubus Research Diary became eligible for the virtual goodies known as Steam Community Items a while ago. And now they are ready and approved for release! If you are planning on exploring the Underground, take some Trading Cards, Badges, Emoticons, and Profile Backgrounds with you. That's what the renowned explorer Serena would certainly not do! The trading cards feature the main characters and the rooms of Nerisha's home. The badges are modeled after Nerisha's garden plants. The backgrounds feature Serena and Nerisha, Underground scenery, and decorative plant designs. The emoticons are succubus-themed items such as horns, wings, and hearts. You can also find the profile background and emoticons in the Points Shop (if you can't find them in there, please check your adult content settings).   The second content update is here! Serena's Services expands the story in a new direction as well as introduces a new character, Jenny, to the game.   Succubus Research Diary will get another content update in early December. The upcoming update will add a new short story (split into two episodes) that takes place after Ending 1. The story will be entirely focused on Serena's secondary profession (whatever that might be...) and it will introduce a new character to the game! Her name is Jenny.

  This is a content update that adds epilogues to the game: one for each ending. Find out what Serena and Nerisha are up to shortly after the endings! This update adds the following: More content: approx. 5000 words and 3 event CGs (+23 variants) 2 new achievements New functionality in the 'Sex Scenes' gallery: shortcuts to endings and epilogues There are two ways to access the new content: Reach an ending and you'll see a new choice that leads to the respective epilogue. If you have already reached at least one ending, you'll find a new button in the 'Sex Scenes' gallery that opens a list of shortcuts that lead to the endings and epilogues. May your mana reserves be sufficient.

  Succubus Research Diary will get a content update in a couple of weeks. As the title suggests, the upcoming update will add epilogues to the game: one for each ending. It is to be expected that Serena and Nerisha will have some "non-platonic fun" in these follow-up episodes...

  Succubus Research Diary finally has a release date. Although it's not quite in late August as earlier planned, it's still in the very near future. • Release postponed to August - 8 May 2021

  Succubus Research Diary will be released in August instead of June. There are mainly two reasons for this change. First, the earlier estimate was too optimistic (not to say unrealistic) to begin with. Second, the game will be somewhat longer than initially planned. I believe that the extra time investment is worth it to make Succubus Research Diary a better game. Thank you for your patience (if you have any to spare). -kuroha238 (developer)
