- V.1.1.6 Update : QoL Improvements and Bug Fixes! - 25 March 2025
Hello Everyone! A new update has just been released for Decline's Drops! At first, I planned to wait for the next major content update before releasing a new patch, but some bugs were reported that required immediate attention, mainly: 1. Custom commands were not properly configured and could trap the player in the options menu. 2. An item (the Shiny Shiny Phial) in Serge's shop could not be unlocked, preventing players from achieving 100% completion. These frustrating bugs have now been fixed, so you should be able to enjoy the game as intended without any issues! Game performance has also been improved, especially in Time Trial mode. IT'S UPDATE TIME BOYS The first major update of Decline's Drops is finally here! As promised, it brings the Boss Rush Mode, Time-Attack with GHOSTS, your own but also the Dev Ghosts - that means those are my ghosts. That's me playing. I'm quite bad at my own game, you'll see. But if you beat all of them, you'll get a special reward, isn't that great? Spoiler alert: it's another new Mode! There's also another bonus you get for beating the Boss Rush Mode, in fact, there are new bonuses everywhere! You'll also get two new objects available at Serge's Shop, unlockable once specific requirements are fulfilled, and also many quality of life improvements, bug fixes, new options, new buttons! Hello everyone! Today I am very happy to announce you that Decline's Drops now support Steam Cloud saving! This has been asked multiple times and, as someone who plays/tests my own game multiple times both on PC and Steam Deck, this was quite required to say the least. However, I've been forced to make a few changes in order to make this work. As a result, if you already play the game on two different platforms (like I do), I recommend you follow the following steps: Go into your Local App Data and look for a folder named "D_D_21". Copy what's inside this folder and save it somewhere else, just in case. Uninstall/Reinstall Decline's Drops. Launch the game again. If everything works fine your files should be saved and loaded as intended. Note that these steps are just a recommendation .
