• New Trailer! - 17 May 2021

  Hi everyone. It’s been a while! Get Together is coming along nicely and we took the time to update our current trailer which we used as a marketing material both on steam and social networks. Until now the trailer showed some of the puzzle mechanics, the character(s), hand-crafted sounds and a demo environment. It was quite an important step for us so players really could get a feel for how the game looks, sounds and in the end also plays. The whole scene was an excerpt from an earlier state for first testings and was also used to give ourselves a kind of visual development kickstart to the final production. Since then we’re knee-deep in said production! Some additional months passed and with it several iterations on character animations, environment creations and puzzle setups.   Hi Everyone. We’re incredibly busy filling the world of Get Together with the planned content we have in mind. So we thought that it might be a good time to give a glimpse of how we do that. First up is a small peek into the production workflow for the props in Get Together. 1. Game Design It all starts with Game Design (Simon) laying out some ideas for a prop, it’s functions and most of the time also the rough size of it as well. In this case the prop is called the ‘Lorestone’. It’s a recurring object which will, you guessed it, tell the Player a little bit about the world and lore of Get Together. So the idea is there, functions are laid out and the proportions are estimated: Ancient stone that shows some rune-y lore and it’s bigger than the player (but not too big!).   Hi Everyone. The steampage for Get Together is online for a few months now, but we have not come around to make a proper post about it. So here it goes… Get Together is a coop puzzle adventure for two players. Follow the story about a luckless explorer who gets split into two beings. You and a friend take control of these two parts and your goal is as simple as trying to get them back together! All puzzles are specifically designed to be played by two people. You both have to exchange information about what you can find in your world, because it sure seems like you two don’t see the same… Here’s the best part! You can play cross-platform with your mobile devices and no internet connection is needed. The only thing that's required is the ability to communicate with your partner.
