- Small Patch, Renaming of Units Added - 24 February 2026
Hello all. Once again, thank you to everyone for playing Magellania. This is not a very big patch, but I've seen too much gameplay of units running around named "XXXXXX" (that's the default name on the character creator). It's a fault of the UI design, but I've fixed it, so please go and name / rename your units now at the recruit shop that all the names can be changed. Allowed units to be renamed at the recruit shop Ask for confirmation for names given Changed the store thumbnails Fixed a music track that did not play There are a lot of other glaring issues to me, since it is a very old game and I'm not a great programmer (even worse at the time I made it) but for now, this is all I can address. At some point I'd like to go back and make more fixes, but for now my focus has to be on progressing game 3. I may be away for a bit. Progress is continuing and I expect to write the monthly up…

Here's a few things: 1) Magellania was the first game I made. Actually, it's pretty old by my standards.
