- Performance Optimization - 26 September 2026
Major performance optimization update. Previously, materials were not being properly destroyed when the scene was unloaded which could lead to memory issues and eventually crashes if playing for a long period of time. Framerate is now more consistent, as well. Build also includes added save features and checks along with other minor gameplay fixes.

Hey everyone, I just pushed a new patch with the following updates: Changed the story card typing sfx and increased the typing speed Reduced the bass in the Moose God Intro SFX and the Title Impact SFX because they were blowing out the audio Put a null ref check on the new fight health bars Fixed issue when loading some practice rinks that threw a null ref error because of the new fight meters not being connected Removed & symbol from some of the plugin folders for console building Thanks! Fixed bug where players would lose control mid game when goalie got the puck and wouldn't pass until period ended and would not properly change players to the faceoff character. Thanks! Chris.

Few notes for this update: Fixed bug where fighters would sometimes not drop gloves at the beginning of the fight. The player was still trying to get up from being hit which broke the fight animation. Disabled game UI during fight and now show new fight health bars above players heads Set fight blood to drip earlier in the fight Use non-difficulty-influenced fighting stat for the right health bar size Set size of new health bars based on stats Removed stopping the velocity of the puck when it hits the OutOfBoundsCollider so that it continues wrapping around the boards Thanks! Fixed bug when fighting against the fighter on the Puck Bunnies. That was the only player that accidentally had gloves that were not properly setup. Set that players gloves to be the pro gloves. Thanks! Chris.

Fixed issue after playing game 5 of the Puck Bunnies series in Story Mode. The story mode manager was checking an old version of your series score instead of the updated score which was leading to a bug thinking you needed to restart the series. So sorry for this issue! Now fixed and reviewed all other series games to double check they were all working,
- Patch Notes - Level Up Screen Minor Fix - 6 February 2026
Minor bug fix to the Level Up screen in Story Mode. Previously, you were able to add or remove 2 bars at a time for every allotted point. This has been reduced to 1 bar for each point.
- Update Notes for 10-30-26 - FIGHT BUG FIX - 30 January 2026
Patch contains a fix that was sometimes causing an endless loop when fighting. As the players gloves were tossed they were traveling through the ground and hitting a trigger that started a faceoff. Also, swapped the "skip cutscene" image in the Story Card scenes from the bottom button to the right button. Thanks, Chris.

Hey everyone! Sorry for the double update today. Found another edge case that I wanted to fix when it comes to not being able to progress past the XP screen if you have a mismatch in your series score. Now, if you load the game and have a mismatch between the series score from what the code expects, the series is restarted before you have to play the game. If you had this issue, this will fix it and you should not see this again. Additional features added to this update include: Fancy new fighting animations for all of the player body types and the ability to turn down the volume for the Added ability to reduce the volume of the cinematics volume There was a bug where the volumes were not being set properly unless you set it in the options menu but loading a new game would lose those settings

Hey everyone! Thanks for your patience on this but I have just pushed a patch for the game to fix some bugs relating to getting stuck on the XP screen during the Story Mode. I found two situations where it was possible to cause this bug. First, the NPC side-tournament games were contributing to the series score vs the god in that area which would lead to a mismatch in your series score. The second would happen if you closed the game before returning to the world map and saving the series score. Both situations would lead to a mismatch in the actual series score and what the code was expecting the score to be and so players would not be able to progress past the XP screen no matter how many times they tried again. - Working on Infrequent Game Breaking Story Mode Bug - 11 December 2025
Currently fixing a known issue where the Story Mode progress is not correctly saved which leads to being stuck on the XP screen after the game. If a player closes the application after winning a Story Mode series game but before the series score is saved, which is done when you reach the world map, then the next series game will not properly move beyond the XP screen.Sorry for the issue! The following changes have been added with today’s update: Fixed bug that had warmup players getting stuck skating where they were standing and unable to move. Update 5 - August 5, 2025 Hey all, we did a bit of work on the gameplay of the lower and higher end stat influences on gameplay. Also super increased the stamina bar size and how much stamina you get.
