You can build a high pressure company making every employee a coding machine and seeing a high turnover rate, or you can make every one efficient and happy! EMPLOYEE Employees has good/bad/mix traits(over 30 traits in all), they may blame each other, write buggy code, ask for raise; they may also be a diligent worker, compliment their teammate. Employees has their own skill sets, they can develop their skills during working, self learning, or training. Hire the employees suitable for your company! PROJECT You can get outsourcing projects, they may has requirements for your company and employees skill, so it is important to train your employees. You can also create your own projects, seeing them become successful , or failed.
