Wow, it’s been a year. Just last July, our team huddled together to see community posts, read reviews, and watch creator videos about the launch of OXENFREE II: Lost Signals. It was the most extraordinary launch in our studio’s history. We’re so grateful for the support of players around the globe for returning to the coast of Camena. We’ve fixed an issue that would cause players to be stuck in Copper Creek after speaking with Evelyn while getting your climbing gear. This prevented you from moving onward toward Camber Cape or interacting with other items. This patch fixes that issue: load your save file and restart your conversation with Evelyn to continue. Welcome back to Camena. OXENFREE II's 1.4 patch is now live and thanks to your feedback and help, we fixed a few things in this version of the game: Improved Jacob's walking, traversal, and conversation. More stable walkie talkie conversations. Resolved crashing or blockers at the Community Center, Garland, General Store, Funnie's Family Market, Copper Creek Trail, Berenson Creek, caves, mines, and end game content. So many more minor fixes that we can’t list them all! Loop back and if your return trip is smooth, leave us a five star Steam review and tell us what you liked. - Oxenfree 2 letter locations - 17 July 2023
Where are all the Oxenfree 2 letter locations? Maggie Adler's letters make a return in Oxenfree's sequel, serving as the only collectible you need to watch out for on your travels. While Jacob promised the dearly departed comms officer that he wouldn't read her letters, Riley made no such vow, leaving you free to track them down and gobble up every last morsel of flavor text. Of course, reaching the letter locations is the hard part. There are 13 of Adler's letters in total, and the Oxenfree 2 letter locations themselves are scattered throughout the adventure game . You can spot them by the tell-tale flash of white light as you draw near their location - and then by the '???' prompt that appears once you're close enough to collect them. Thank you so much for playing OXENFREE II during our launch week! Your reviews, social media posts, and reactions to the game have been overwhelming and amazing. Camena’s been overrun with disruptions in the electromagnetic spectrum but you've made it a cozier place to be. We just updated the game with a patch to fix a few things including: Improved click and drag for mouse controls. Made changes to the Community Center scene to fix freezing/crashing, audio distortion, muted music or other instabilities. Improved animation and traversal. Fixed general auto-save and save file issues. We're working to address other issues in an upcoming patch. If you encounter something strange – other than ghosts – visit our customer support portal for extra help. A Netflix games studio is continuing the streaming giant's push into game development, announcing that it is currently hiring for an experienced game director to "help forge the game direction and creative vision on a brand-new triple-A PC game." The company has previously acquired several indie developers and recently opened a new Netflix game studio in Finland . Night School Studio has delayed its "What's going on with that radio?" spook-em-up Oxenfree 2: Lost Signals. Originally announced with a release date of fall 2021, then pushed into 2022, it's now been delayed into next year. "Seeing your fan art, reading your excited comments, and connecting with you fuels our ambition to make this our best game yet", Night School said on Twitter .
