Watch the competition live now: https://www.twitch.tv/pepitestudios Based on Peppy's Adventure gameplay, 15 streamers' communities representing 15 countries battle it out for the podium in a competition featuring 14 levels and a final boss. The experience* takes place on a turn-based basis with the next stream being chosen randomly among those being live. During each attempt, chat content from the selected streamer is converted into directions to control their avatar. Each attempt lasts 3 minutes by default, but viewers can add or subtract time in real time by typing + or - in the chat of this channel. If no stream is live, the « wildcard » (with the Twitch skin) plays by randomly connecting to top world streams. Hi all, we are delighted to announce that we just launched a TwitchPlays experience on our official Twitch channel. For this purpose, we had to make a modified version of the game where the time passes only when a command chosen from the chat is executed. Beside building a fun UI with different stats on players and the game, we have added a giveaway prize for players who wish to participate in this challenge of completing the game 100%, the more players there are, the more the prize will go up. Hi all, Stars & Staff Records We decided to remove the 4-star records from levels to make sure players are not confused or think those are required to progress or to complete the storyline of the game. 4-star records represent the developer’s best times and are meant to be the ultimate challenge, but they are totally optional in the game. As a consequence, levels will be shown as complete when the players get 3 stars, i.e. when the intended way of completing the levels has been found. When a player gets 3 stars, developer’s record will still be shown as an information and players can get back anytime to any level to try to beat those times if they feel like it. Hi all, We have been experimenting with online multiplayer gameplay possibilities, allowing for players to either compete or solve puzzles together. Things are not set in stone yet, but basically, we are considering adding the following modes to a future release. VS mode Several players would be competing with each other (how many simultaneously is yet to be defined) on how fast they can figure out and complete a level or most likely a series of levels in a row. To keep things fun, this mode would be more focused on skills with balanced difficulty levels, while ensuring gameplay remains dynamic.
