Make profits on their sale and invest in more barns to flip. Your customers’ expectations and requirements will often surprise you. You have a limited number of days and cash to transform an old barn into your customers’ dream home. If you exceed the time and budget allotted, they will not be happy. If you finish earlier, you can count on a generous bonus. You won’t get much done without proper tools like: Cordless screwdriver, wood saw, paintbrushes, power drill, nail gun, trowels, saws, jigsaw, levels and others will come in handy… …but the Final Touch is totally up to you.
