New Map : Lost Bando New features Achievements For now, all the achievements are on the new maps. Check the dives and **small** passages to unlock ! Achievement are only for fun & challenge. It's now possible to update a scenery to the steam Workshop. This is not possible for tracks, as they need to be unique for ghosts and leaderboards. For Tracks, simply create a V2, v3, etc. How to Update your map : Subscribe to your own scenery from steam workshop. Edit this subscribed scenery (you know it's the one from Steam workshop, and not your local one, because there is a "" in the track description) Upload it as usual. Nvidia DLSS Available on the display settings screen for compatible GPUs. This can improve your framerate, depending on your setup. Minor update : mostly fixes and quality of life improvements in editor. For some new stuff to fly, everyone should check the amazing map by Method ! New (Editor) Search box in track objects list New option in contextual menu to select ALL same objects, even if not in view Added possibility to delete user 3D objects from the sim. In the track editor, simply right-click on the 3D object tile to show the contextual menu. It is intended for users iterating on 3d object import (if e.g the scale is wrong and you re-import). For objects downloaded from the workshop, unsubscribing the tracks or scenes using it will unsubscribe (and then delete) the 3d objects too, if they are not used in another track. AiDroneSim is now officially the most customizable FPV sim ever : import your images and 3D meshes in the in-game editor, and even import whole unreal engine maps ! PNG Import In Editor The custom Logo projector and the simple Custom Logo item now allow direct importing of PNG Files : Import your Logo, or any PNG image, from the properties of the item : For more information, see the guide 3D Objects Import Direct import of 3d objects in editor from files. As with user PNGs, the files are saved as a copy, and will automatically be shared when you share a track or scenery including them. This also import the textures when possible. Leaderboards Leaderboards are accessible from the main menu or the end of a race : Ghosts corresponding to the leaderboard records will race with you Only an Open category for now. Editor : Lighting & custom properties New system of custom properties. When an object has custom properties, you can set the values in the bottom right corner. Check the lights ! Sun & FPV Camera controllers. These are two unique items designed to control the scene lighting. For example, to get a night setup : Disable auto-exposure in the FPV Camera controller. Set the Sun intensity to 0 while pointing upwards. Note : Dynamic lights are costly and spamming them will result in a significant performance impact. Try to be reasonable !
