Hello players, Apologies: in our haste to deliver you the update in time for the weekend, we missed a bug in the chapter select. Several of you reported issues accessing later chapters after selecting a previous chapter. We have isolated the cause of this, and pushed this hotfix. Anyone affected should try to select latest available level via chapter select, exit to menu and check chapter select again: all levels should be available once more. We are sorry this has happened, and moved as fast as we could to rectify. We hope it didn't spoil your enjoyment of REPLACED too much. Thank you, and apologies again. Sad Cat StudiosP.S. Hello everyone.We continue to be overwhelmed by the positive response to REPLACED. We’ve been working around the clock since launch to address issues and feedback, and today we are adding some of the most-requested new features.Letterbox mode can now be disabledWhile we built REPLACED from the ground up as a 21:9 cinematic experience, we appreciate that it can feel like wasted screen space - particularly for Steam Deck players. You can now remove the black bars with a toggle in the graphics menu.We also experimented with superwide support, but the reframing created a lot of visual issues. Our scenes are built like movie sets, so outside of the frame, there’s often nothing there. 16:9 also presented issues with enemies and hacking terminals being offscreen, making the play experience worse.
