• Chronotopia Update - Build 1.05 - 5 November 2023

  Hello everyone, we hope you’ve been enjoying Chronotopia’s story so far! Ever since release, we’ve been gradually fixing issues. Here’s a summary: One reviewer noted a lack of content warnings despite the game’s heavy subject matters. Since this is an oversight on our part, we added a warning with this update. Upon launching the game for the first time, the warning will stay on-screen until the player takes action to ensure it will be less likely to be accidentally skipped. A detailed list is also available on this page (be aware that it contains spoilers for the full game). One player reported to us that the Archivist achievement would not trigger, preventing 100% completion. We applied a solution that had an unexpected side effect. Some players would randomly unlock the achievement without even completing the Archives or opening said menu. So we hurried to find another solution. The i…

• Chronotopia: Second Skin is now out! - 13 October 2023

  That’s it. After so many years, so much waiting, Chronotopia: Second Skin is now officially released on Steam! It feels so surreal, it’s hasn’t it me yet. I want to take some time to thank everyone who’s been with me on this journey, everyone who helped me and cheered for me despite the hardships. And I want to thank everyone who supported the Kickstarter and everyone who showed interested for the game, it truly means the world to me. I really hope you will enjoy Chronotopia’s story. • Chronotopia’s demo is now available for Steam Next Fest! - 9 October 2023

  In anticipation for the upcoming release, the demo of Chronotopia: Second Skin is now available! It includes the entire beginning of the game, save for the tutorial, up to the first big turning point (leaving you on a cliffhanger). This roughly represents 10% of the entire content but you still get to meet some of the most important characters, unlock several archives and illustrations, and explore the castle with a few gameplay segments. You can also find your first memory fragment if you’re perceptive enough~ If you’re on the fence about buying Chronotopia, come check out the demo!

• Chronotopia Releasing on October 13th, 2023 - 27 September 2023

  After many years of troubled development, health issues and general bad luck, we are happy to announce that Chronotopia: Second Skin will be released on October 13th. Friday the 13th. Isn’t it fitting for a cursed game to be released on an unlucky day? We thought it would be a good way to close this chapter of our misfortunes. An updated demo will also be made available a few days prior so you can refresh your memory! Chronotopia: Second Skin is a unique rewriting of the Donkeyskin fairytale, a darker variation of Cinderella. Follow Kionna into a painful but ultimately rewarding search for her true self.
