Like the title said, 4 Alice Magical Autistic Girls will be gone next Thursday. You still got 4 days to get it before the removal. Also... If I calculate my Net Earning' Sales right: I would recoup at least 4K CAD of the 5.3K CAD I spend to create this visual novel. I never expected to get so much back. As for the remaining 1.3K CAD, well, 4 Alice MAG remains at a certain website, another store I cannot name on Steam, thus new sales can be made here as well. A huge thanks to everybody! You still have time to get 4 Alice Magical Autistic Girls. 4AMAG is a visual novel entirely dubbed in French, talking about autism on a "Young Adult" novel background. Alice Lorange think her life as a autistic teenager is hard. It's nothing compared to what's going to happen to her. 4AMAG also got magical girls in it.

A huge thanks to Delisted Games for their article. Right here Like it said, the visual novel will be delisted in January 2022. What happened? Why the date change? Well, the Steam support told me to contact them 48 hours before the removal date so they can confirm everything and set it up, so there is no date set in stone on their side. Also, many requested a final sale and I found out very recently I can participate in the Winter Sales 2021, so the final sale will happen, everything at 15%, then the delisting. As for itch, in the end, the visual novel will stay there, since I had buyers these days and, again, many requested the game remains available somewhere. Now, if you get the visual novel at full price and want a refund, I won’t stop you from asking for one.
- More explanations over the delisting. - 21 November 2021
Since I receive many questions about why I’m delisting, I think more explanations are in order. When I was on Steam as a developer from 2017 to 2019, my “0$ budget” Visual Novels didn’t cost me much to create. Some softwares, such as RPG Maker MV, and the Steam Direct fee. But since I was releasing 1 game per month, that was +1 Steam Direct fee every month, plus other fees I had to pay back them, such as hosting for my dev website. Thus, I was still in the red. I only managed to recoup in good part thanks to the final sales. I quit twice and returned for a third time with 4 Alice Magical Autistic Girls. I wanted to “start anew”. I was hoping that, with a “real / professional” Visual Novel with a "real" budget, I would recoup and gain profits, but reality doesn’t work that way. I don’t know how to announce it otherwise, but I had requested that 4 Alice Magical Autistic Girls to be delisted from Steam in 1 month, so on Dec 18th. I’m waiting on the support for followup and confirmation since yesterday, the 18th. For simples’ reasons, and the same as before. The lack of sales in the launch week, I must do everything by myself including looking for people to promote it, and I guess it’ll never work for me in the indie developer scene. No matter how hard I try, my games will never sell enough for me to live off them like a real job. Same things with eBooks, monetized YouTube videos, etc. Now, I cannot do a discount as “final sale,” but I did decrease the base price + increase the bundle discounts. Hi. I don't feel great lately. 4 Alice Magical Autistic Girls don't fare well on itch. As you can see in that image, only the first 3 days got a good amount of views and some Demo downloads but now, nothing. Also no one buy my visual novel there. I didn't want to despair and feel down, so I thought, “hey, who cares? Your VN will sell on Steam!” Wrong. 4 Alice Magical Autistic Girls is out on Steam since Saturday the 6th, and I only sold 4 copies. 6 -2 returns so 4. This is so discouraging. I spend more than 5K CAD to create this game and there’s a lot of chances I’ll never get that money back. I wanted to produce more VNs. I got so many great stories in mind. I wanted to succeed as an indie dev. But now… I feel down. Like, I failed, *again*.
